EASY TO INSTALL

Reduce your maintenance costs with the SNAP IT SPROCKET no bolt design. Easy and quick to assemble, simply match the arrows on the a-plate and snap together.

DECREASE DOWNTIME AND INCREASE PROFITS

SNAP IT SPROCKET’s interchangeable design is much less expensive than the traditional split steel sprockets, and results in increased production and a reduction in inventory levels.

REDUCE NOISE AND EQUIPMENT WEAR

Reduce wear on your equipment with no damage to product. SNAP IT SPROCKET is based on the Redco 750 sprocket design, but doesn’t require any bolts for installation. These sprockets have excellent abrasion and wear resistance with high impact values. Not only are the SNAP IT SPROCKET and Redco 750 much less expensive than steel, but they also drastically reduce noise levels and have a longer wear life. REDCO™ SNAP IT SPROCKET produces zero chain wear and no shaft wear, and is Kraftmill pulp safe.

  • All hub bores are finished to size with running clearances and grease fittings
